Long Beach Red Shield Scholarships 

Before you start, you will need:

• Proof of Residency (Utility bill, Rent, Morgage, Housing Voucher, Bank Statement)
• Proof of Income (Supplemental Security Income, Disability or Unemployment)
• Number of people in the home (Names and D.O.B.)
• Picture of ID (if no ID two forms are required: Birth Certificate, SSC, School IR/registration)
• Contact information (Name, Email, Phone Number, Address)
